Conditions
Watercraft
– At least 18 years of age.
– Must have a valid class 5 driver’s license.
– Minimum passenger age is 5 years.
– Required deposit of $500 at the time of pick-up.
Important documents to bring with you when taking possession:
– Valid driver’s license with photo.
– Photo identification other than your driver’s license
– Credit card.
– Boat card if you have it, a temporary one will be provided if needed ($).
Gasoline:
– Gas is at the renter’s expense; watercraft must return full of gas.
Pick-up and return:
– Please arrive at least 15 minutes before pick-up time.
– Daily rental hours: 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
– Full-day rental hours: 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
– Evening rental hours: 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
– Penalties of $50 per ½ hour will be applied for late arrivals.
Switch pontoon
– Must be at least 18 years old.
– Must have a valid class 5 driver’s license.
– Hold a valid boat license.
– Minimum passenger age is 5 years.
– A $3,000 deposit is required at the time of pick-up.
Important documents to bring with you when taking possession:
– Valid driver’s license with photo.
– Photo identification other than your driver’s license.
– Credit card.
– Boat registration card *MANDATORY.
Gasoline:
– Gasoline is at the renter’s expense, pantoon must return full of gasoline.
Pick-up and return:
– Please arrive at least 15 minutes before pick-up time.
– Daily rental hours: 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
– Full-day rental hours: 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
– Evening rental hours: 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
– Penalties of $50 per ½ hour will be applied for late arrivals.
Kayak & Paddleboard
– A security deposit is not required if you rent the equipment directly on our lake. If you take the boat off our site, a $200 deposit is required.
Flyboard, Jetpack & Hoverboard
– Must be at least 14 years old.
– Arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the activity.
Cancellation
For all our rental products:
If cancellation is made 7 days (168 hours) before the activity, 50% of the total bill for the activity will be refunded to the renter. Otherwise, no refund will be made, regardless of the reason for cancellation. If our team deems the conditions unsafe, the activity will be rescheduled to another date (unless our team deems the navigation unsafe).

ATV & Side-by-Side
– Must be at least 18 years old.

– A deposit of $1,000/ATV and $1,500/side-by-side is required at the time of pick-up.

Otherwise, no refund will be made, regardless of the reason for cancellation. If our team deems conditions unsafe, the activity will be rescheduled to another date (unless our team deems navigation unsafe).

Trail & off-trail snowmobiles
– Must be at least 18 years old.
– Must have a valid class 5 driver’s license.
– Minimum passenger age is 5 years.
– Required deposit of $2,500/snowmobile at time of pick-up (by credit card).
Important documents to bring with you when taking possession:
– Valid driver’s license with photo.
– Photo identification other than your driver’s license.
– Credit card.
Gasoline and maintenance:
– Gas is at the renter’s expense; the snowmobile must be returned with a full tank of gas.
– Oil is at the renter’s expense, an amount will be charged after the rental depending on usage.
– In case of bries on rented products: if the cost of bries exceeds the amount of the initial deposit, the customer will have to pay the difference for repairs.

– Penalties of $50 per ½ hour will be applied for late arrivals.

Cancellation
FOR ALL OUR RENTAL PRODUCTS:
If the cancellation is made 5 days (120 hours) before the activity, 60% of the total invoice for the activity will be refunded to the renter. Dans le cas contraire, aucun remboursement ne se fera peu importe le motif de l’annulation (incluant la météo).
If our team deems conditions unsafe, the activity will be postponed to another date.
