- One free bin of firewood is included with your stay and will be available in the cottage upon arrival.

- Failure to notify management will result in the applicable fees being deducted from your security deposit.

- Wash the dishes and put them away/Start the dishwasher
- Put the sheets and towels in the designated area in the chalet.
- Take the trash out to the outdoor bins.

N.B. A 4×4 vehicle is recommended to get to the cottage. The sloping driveway can sometimes be slippery and difficult to navigate
- A security deposit of $1,000 will be preauthorized on your credit card the day before your arrival.
- This deposit is used to cover any breakage, damage, loss, or misuse of the chalet, furniture, or equipment.
- In the event of damage, the costs will be deducted in part or in full from the deposit.
- Tenants are fully responsible for any damage occurring during their stay, including damage caused by accompanying persons.
- If no damage is found, the deposit will be automatically released after departure.
Yes, summer and winter alike!
Here is some important information about using the Spa:
- A quick shower is MANDATORY before entering the Spa.
- No sand, lotion, makeup, or debris should enter the water.
- No glass or glass bottles around the Spa (use unbreakable containers).
- Do not add any products, soap, oil, or foam to the water.
- Always replace the Spa cover after use to retain heat and protect the water.
- A maximum of 5 people are allowed in the Spa at one time.
- Add a chlorine tablet to the floating dispenser after use.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- In the event of a major spill, breakage, or malfunction, please notify us immediately.

N.B. Please note that if the spa does not meet safety, hygiene, or operating standards during your stay, it may be temporarily closed and unavailable to guests. No compensation will be given if a preventive closure is necessary.

- Please respect the neighborhood.
- Any damage to the cottage or furniture may be charged. A $1,000 deposit will be taken on your credit card the day before arrival.
- Minimum booking period of 2 days.
- If the cancellation is made 7 days (168 hours) before the activity, 50% of the total invoice for the activity will be refunded to the customer. Otherwise, no refund will be made regardless of the reason for cancellation.
